After an outstanding season in which they were the 4th seed in the challenging Eastern Conference playoffs, the Knicks ran out of gas in the playoffs. Julius Randle has returned to the organization after receiving a hefty contract deal, and he will seek to continue his stellar regular season into the playoffs this year. The Knicks were also a lot busier this offseason than some people realized, thanks to the additions of Kemba Walker, Evan Fournier, Quentin Grimes, Dwayne Bacon, Miles Mcbride, and Jericho Sims to their roster.
Walker is the guy to watch because when healthy, he is one of the NBA’s leading scorers. New York did not have everything go their way, as they lost Elfrid Payton and Reggie Bullock, but they compensated by re-signing Derrick Rose, Alec Burks, Nerlens Noel, and Taj Gibson.Â
