Philadelphia 76ers Preview
In Game 6, the Philadelphia 76ers won a hard-fought series against the Toronto Raptors. Although the 76ers had a chance to win the series in Game 4, a stunning turn of events caused dramatic shifts in momentum.
Philadelphia will suffer several difficulties in the second round. In the last game against the Raptors, superstar Joel Embiid suffered a face injury.
With Embiid sidelined for the first two road games, the 76ers will be severely lacking in star power as well as at the center position.
Miami Heat Preview
The Miami Heat won Game 1 of their first-round series against the Atlanta Hawks. With his 41st win, the Heat seems to be a formidable opponent in the upcoming round.
Despite the fact that Miami will be without Kyle Lowry for the next game, the club embodies the “next man up” mindset. The Heat have enough depth to compensate for Lowry’s absence, thanks to a capable backup in Gabe Vincent.
Although James Harden and Tyrese Maxey are solid scoring alternatives, Philadelphia will face some significant challenges early in the second round.
Jimmy Butler was also scheduled to leave the game for the Miami Heat. His condition, however, has been raised to doubtful. Given the availability of Victor Oladipo, the Heat should have enough pieces to protect their homecourt.
