LA Clippers

When healthy, the Clippers’ starting lineup has a lot of potential, but staying healthy has been a challenge. Paul George is back, which improves this team, but Kawhi Leonard is the missing component that can help them win a championship. Meanwhile, on the offensive side, Reggie Jackson and George are the offensive usage men. This season, Marcus Morris, Amir Coffey, and Terance Mann have all been asked to start. This has resulted in a variety of starting lineups for the Clippers this season. The Clippers’ predicted and verified lineups may be seen here.

LA Clippers Starting Lineup Analysis

Given that Kawhi Leonard is unlikely to play this season, Paul George will have to shoulder the burden. On any given night, he can start anywhere from shooting guard to power forward, but Marcus Morris and Nicolas Batum have also received starts. This season, Reggie Jackson has been the reliable starter at point guard. His shot hasn’t had the same impact as it had during the playoffs, but he still averaged 16 points per game.

Ivica Zubac averaged 10 and 8 points per game with the Clippers this season, starting the bulk of the games. He was a pretty consistent starter for the Clippers this season, as they didn’t have many other options.
