Miami Heat Playoffs: Three Players to Keep an Eye On As Game 1 With Philadelphia Approaches

Playoff

The Miami Heat are on the verge of returning to action. The NBA Playoffs’ second round began on Sunday, even though they are off until Monday.

The Eastern Conference is slogging for all season even if Joel Embiid is out; the Heat is on the sidelines for the rest of the season due to injury and still needs to be in peak shape.

Tyrese Maxey

It is a well-known fact. This season, Tyrese Maxey has been the Sixers’ breakthrough player, which says a lot coming from a club that acquired former MVP James Harden. Maxey is the valid key for Philly in this game. When paired with his shooting, his overall weapon is his speed. It makes him hazardous in any situation. That includes being on the ball, off the ball and transitioning.

Miami’s defense is excellent, and not having to worry about an MVP candidate in Embiid helps, but I can see Philly going after the lesser defenders and catching them dozing. Maxey can attack straight up or off the bounce.

However, the following name could have something to say about it.

Victor Oladipo

Victor Oladipo has had an eventful previous couple of years, but he’s finally healthy. It cannot be true about the rest of the Heat’s lineup.

Kyle Lowry’s hamstring issue is the most troubling since we don’t know much about it. However, if Lowry needs to reduce his workload, Oladipo can help.

The playoffs have a tendency to bring out guys we didn’t expect to shine, and although Oladipo isn’t a slacker, we weren’t anticipating his Game 5 effort against Atlanta.

He could undoubtedly expand on it.

Bam Adebayo

It’s no secret that the Heat needs more from Bam Adebayo. Bam must find new ways to score, which should be simpler now that Joel Embiid is out of the picture.

However, Atlanta’s defense isn’t terrific, and he only scored 12.4 points per game in those five games. It’s the playoffs, and the club has to produce as quickly as possible.

While Embiid is on the mend, eating more will help him prepare for the Conference Finals. With his talents at their best, that clash may be the most difficult of his career. No journey is simple, whether it’s Giannis Antetokoumpo or the Boston Celtics’ most acceptable defense.

While Embiid is recovering, he should eat more to prepare for the playoffs Conference Finals. With his abilities at their peak, that confrontation may be the most challenging of his career. No road is easy, whether it’s Giannis Antetokoumpo or the Boston Celtics’ most acceptable defense.
